With notes of green apple, citrus, and a hint of pear, it’s a refreshing, approachable wine perfect for casual gatherings, brunches, or sipping on a sunny day. Produced by Love Cork Screw, a Black woman-owned wine brand known for its bold personality and fun, inclusive approach to wine, this bottle brings flavor, friendship, and flair to any moment.

  • Chaos Theory 2013

    Brown Estate, Napa Valley
    A bold and beautifully blended red from the first Black-owned estate winery in Napa Valley, the 2013 Chaos Theory is a rich expression of balance and depth. This vintage typically features a mix of Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petite Sirah, offering layers of dark berries, plum, baking spices, and a touch of vanilla from oak aging. With smooth tannins and a lingering finish, it’s both structured and approachable—perfect for pairing with hearty dishes or enjoying on its own.

CPA by Day…Certified Sommelier by Night!

It all started when I was home from college, tasked by my mom to pick up a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon for a dinner party. I had no idea what I was doing. After a deep conversation with the local wine shop's specialist, I left with a bottle that turned out to be a huge hit. That moment sparked my curiosity—and my passion for wine was born.

Since then, I’ve spent years exploring vineyards, developing my palate in Napa (still my favorite wine region), and studying the art of winemaking. My quest for knowledge led me to the Chicago Wine School and eventually to formal certifications of the Court of Master Sommeliers and the Wine & Spirit Education Trust – Level 2.

Though my day job is running an accounting firm as a CPA, I’ve transitioned from wine enthusiast to wine professional. Now, I share my expertise through curated events, workshops, and private coaching—making wine more accessible and fun for all.

Marketing and Project Manager

As the Marketing and Project Manager for ICL Libations, Jacqueline (Imani) Hill brings creativity, strategic insight, and a deep passion for storytelling to the world of wine. With a background in both marketing and performance, Imani is focused on making wine culture more approachable, engaging, and inclusive—particularly for underrepresented communities.

Imani holds the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 1 Award in Wine and is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor at Southern University Law Center, where she is building expertise in business and intellectual property law. She combines her love for wine with her commitment to advocacy and education, ensuring that ICL Libations delivers not only exceptional experiences but also meaningful impact.

Whether managing event logistics, curating digital content, or building brand partnerships, Imani plays a key role in expanding the vision and legacy of ICL Libations—one glass at a time.
